Affordable LDA continues a long-standing Central Valley tradition of helping self-represented individuals access affordable legal document preparation services throughout Fresno County and surrounding communities.
The foundation of Affordable LDA began in the 1990s with A-Affordable Legal Services, founded by Sylvia Ramirez to help working families gain access to affordable assistance preparing California legal documents.
At a time when many individuals could not afford expensive attorney fees but still needed help navigating California legal paperwork, Sylvia recognized the need for organized and affordable support for self-represented litigants handling family law, estate planning, property transfer, and other legal matters.
What began as a small independent paralegal business grew into a trusted Central Valley legal document service organization serving thousands of residents throughout Fresno County and nearby communities.
Today, Affordable LDA continues that mission by providing professional, filing-ready legal documents for divorce, child custody, restraining orders, living trusts, powers of attorney, deed transfers, and name changes.
